Building bridges across faculties and institutes
With the aim of “building bridges” across faculties and institutes we encourage early-career researchers to boost their careers through interdisciplinary exchange with their peers.
In this forthcoming workshop, we will offer
- two scientific keynote presentations by invited MAPEX ECIs talking about their research: Dr. Cem Örnek (Leibniz-Institut für Werkstofforientierte Technologien - IWT); Dr. Camilla Tossi (ZARM - Center of Applied Space Technology and Microgravity)
- a scientific speed dating session to foster scientific networking between ECR-peers from diverse disciplines
The workshop is a perfect platform for you if you would like to …
- get in touch with ECR peers, build up your own network of experts,
- learn from others from different disciplines and think outside the box,
- open doors to other experts – become aware of the huge potential for mutual support that you can access on the short way,
- develop ideas for cooperative and interdisciplinary research projects,
- get to know how MAPEX can support your research and your scientific career path
- learn more about how to provide good higher education teaching or how to benefit from training offersand make developmental progress in this important competence field.
