Florian Borgwardt

Introduction

Florian Borgwardt is a research assistant at LEMEX. He works at the Mittelstand 4.0-Kompetenzzentrum Bremen, an initiative funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), which supports small and medium-sized enterprises with the challenges of digitalisation.
 
His final thesis in his bachelor's degree involved a predictive analysis to evaluate location factors of Bremen's startup ecosystem. His master's thesis deals with authenticity perceptions of social media influencers.
 
During his five years as a student at BIBA - Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik GmbH Bremen, he was able to gain many insights into the field of digitalisation and Industry 4.0 in the context of application-oriented research.

Afterwards, Florian Borgwardt was actively involved in strategy development and the development of new business areas at a young management consultancy. He was also able to gain professional experience in the area of enterprise cloud solutions.
