Mahmood presented a paper entitled ‘Technological Capabilities in China’, which is co-authored by Dr Iciar Lacasa.
The workshop was co-organized by IN-EAST School of Advanced Studies and Confucius Institute Metropolis Ruhr. It brought together researchers from several universities and research centres from China and Germany to present their current research on Carbon emissions trading, renewable energy, and sustainable development.
