Our student Merle Petersen, together with Dr Quynh Duong Phuong and Prof. Jörg Freiling, has published an exciting research paper in the Journal of Enterprising Communities:

👉 ‘Why do women found start-ups less often than men? A systematic literature analysis’

The study examines why women start startups less often than men and summarises the current state of research on the underlying causes – from social conditions and role models to institutional factors.
