Practice and Transfer
“At the Faculty of Business Studies and Economics, research-oriented and practice-oriented teaching and learning is important to us. With our practice-oriented courses, workshops and events and a large network of practice cooperation partners, we support our students in the transition to professional life. In doing so, our alumni have a special role to play. Be it as an ambassador for your university, as a role model for students, as a mediator of practical knowledge, as a guide, employer or cooperation partner. Let us stay connected, even if you leave our faculty as a graduate."
Maren Hartstock, Office for Practice and Transfer
The Office for Practice and Transfer is the contact point for
- students as an advisory unit for the recognition of internships, career entry and career development (see offers for students) as well as

- existing and future practice partners from companies and institutions who would like to get in contact with students in order to present themselves as potential employers, or who would like to network with researchers and teachers of our department for various reasons of cooperation (see offers for companies), and furthermore
- alumni, i.e. for our graduates with whom we as a department would like to stay in contact after their studies (see offers for alumni).
