Master's Degree Programs

All master's programs at the Faculty of Business Studies and Economics are consecutive study programs and require a completed degree in the respective subject area. With the completion of the master's degree, a direct career entry or the entry into a doctoral program is made possible.

Betriebs­wirtschafts­lehre M.Sc. (Business Studies)

The Master Program Business Studies (BWL) has a standard duration of four semesters and concludes with the degree "Master of Science" (M.Sc.). The content of the Master's courses is oriented towards the challenges of international business activities as well as the economic and social consequences of internationalization and globalization.

Wirtschafts­psycho­logie M.Sc. (Business Psychology)

The Master Program Business Psychology has a standard duration of four semesters and concludes with the degree "Master of Science" (M.Sc.).  The focus of the Master's degree program is the interdisciplinary combination of business and organizational psychological content. The interactive didactics by lecturers and interdisciplinary teams of students is a unique feature in this program. The students carry out independent research projects with application-related topics.

Management Information Systems M.Sc.

The Management Information Systems program will start in the winter semester 2022/23 and is a joint program of the Faculties 3 (Computer Science / Mathematics) and 7 (Business Studies and Economics). The program has a standard duration of four semesters and concludes with the degree "Master of Science" (M.Sc.). The languages of instruction are English and German.

Cooperation Studies

In addition to the Master's degree in Business Studies and the Master's degree in Business Psychology, the faculty also offers various courses of study in cooperation with other departments. These include the Master's programs: Professional Public Decision Making, Management and Electrical Engineering and Management and Production Engineering.
