Student Residence Halls

Student Residence Halls of the Student Services Organization (Studierendenwerk) Bremen

The Student Services Organization maintains 13 student halls in Bremen and Bremerhaven. The monthly rents vary, depending on the type and size of the rooms, between 203 and 313 euros (including utilities). TV-SAT system and internet connection are also included in the price.

In Bremen, the student halls Luisental, Am Fleet, Geschworenenweg, and Anne-Conway-Straße offer accommodation for people with disabilities. Since some of these apartments are considerably larger than the conventional ones, the monthly flat-rate rent is 328 euros.

If you are interested in renting these apartments, contact the Student Services Organization Bremen early on. Generally, students with disabilities or chronic illnesses are given preference in the allocation of accommodation. Therefore, we recommend that you submit a hardship application and a medical certificate together with your housing application.
