The University of Bremen and numerous research institutions in the Technology Park offer a wide range of programs focused on knowledge transfer for children, teenagers and teachers.

Current Events
SLAMMIN´TIME
Have you ever been to a science slam? No? No problem, here you can discover and learn to love it together with other young people. SLAMMIN'TIME gives you the chance to learn how to get an interested audience excited about your science topic from your research paper or a “Jugend forscht” project.
Together with other young people from Bremen and the surrounding area, you’ll spend two weekends learning how to present your scientific topics on stage with confidence and enthusiasm and how to get others excited about your topic.
For Pupils
The University of Bremen offers many opportunities for students. Whether in STEM fields or other academic disciplines, they can gain insights, attend events and work on individual projects with scientists.

Kids' University
Every year, we offer the Bremen Kids' University for children ages 8 to 12. School classes have the opportunity to attend lectures together. There is also a workshop program during spring break.

Support network for student research
The Student Research Support Network (Unterstützungsnetzwerk Schüler:innenforschung, UnS) is a new initiative at the University of Bremen designed to support you in your own research projects—whether you’re currently working on a “Jugend forscht” project, want to explore a question of your own or are simply curious about scientific research: We’re here to help!
