Curriculum Workshop
The Curriculum Workshop is a consulting and workshop format offered by the Academic Unit for Teaching and Studies. It supports the systematic and structured development or further development of degree programs.
We offer assistance:
when developing (further) your program profile and academic objectives
- Creating or revising graduate profiles and/or entry profiles of students
- Developing or refining key characteristics of the program (e.g., interdisciplinary approach, internationalization, research or practice orientation)
- Deriving and describing qualification objectives from the graduate profile
when developing or revising your curriculum based on academic objectives
- Designing and adjusting the structure, sequence, or pathways of modules and courses
- Systematically linking overall qualification objectives to modules' learning outcomes
- Designing the curriculum with students at the center and strengthening research-based learning
- Aligning workload and curricular manageability
- Creating or revising module descriptions
- Developing a coherent examination concept (examination formats, examination load)
- Strategically integrating cross-disciplinary topics and key competences (sustainability, artificial intelligence, digital competencies)

Here’s how it works!
In an initial consultation, we clarify your needs and define the approach for support. The service generally includes the conception, planning, and facilitation of up to three workshop meetings. Additionally, we can provide ongoing advisory support or moderate meetings of your working group.
