If you want to do a doctorate at Faculty 3, you do not necessarily have to be matriculated. If you would like to do this, you will find further information here.

Please fill out the data entry form for doctoral student registration. You will automatically receive a copy of your data by e-mail. Please submit this copy together with your application for acceptance as a doctoral student*in (including all listed attachments) and the affidavit to the Office of Doctoral Studies (Silke Völkers). In addition to the forms, you must submit an up-to-date curriculum vitae with a list of publications, three printed bound copies of your dissertation and an electronic version (on CD, USB stick or SD card) of your dissertation.
