The group administration system is an application to create, modify and delete groups of digital user accounts to enable cooperation within these groups supported by the Campus IT.
Groups managed by this administration system can be used for a variety of digital services provided by the Universität of Bremen (e.g. group e-mail accounts, setting up shared network drives, using groups to access the open-source cloud system Seafile). Being a registered member of a group may also be necessary for certain other access controls (e.g. VPN access to a private network).
The group administration system can be used by all members and affiliated members of Universität of Bremen who own a university account.
