The IPP’s Brown Bag Session, organized by Prof. Dr. Melanie Böckmann, provided two researchers from Osaka with the opportunity to present their research on “healthy aging” and the repopulation of the Fukushima region. The visit strengthened cooperation and paved the way for a student exchange.

Establishing “Männerschuppen” as community meeting places for men aged 50 and older is the goal of the new “Männerschuppen” project at the University of Bremen.
