EXC The Martian Mindset
Krisztina Konya ist Post- Doktorandin im DFG-geförderten Excellenzcluster „The Martian Mindset“ und lead resercher in der Working Group "Data, Modeling and Uncertainty".
Im EXC geht es um die gezielte Entwicklung eines Paradigmas der Nachhaltigkeit. Die extremen Randbedingungen des Mars werden genutzt, um hieraus Erkenntnisse für die nachhaltige und effiziente Produktion von Materialien und Bauteilen in ausreichender Menge zu gewinnen. Ebenso werden Humanressourcen begrenzt sein, weswegen die Entwicklung und Untersuchung effektiver Zusammenarbeit von Menschen und Agenten in risikoreichen Umgebungen einen zentralen Bestandteil dieses Forschungsprojektes darstellt. Wir untersuchen Teamarbeit und Teamleistung in Mensch-Agenten-Teams in extremen Umgebungen sowie in normalen und außergewöhnlichen Situationen.
