How to register

Students with previous knowledge of the German language should register by clicking on the following link:

German course registration for students with previous knowledge of the language.

You will then receive an e-mail with a link to the placement test. After that, the Goethe Institut will assign you to a suitable course and notify you about this.

If you have already attended a course at the Goethe-Institut or have a Goethe certificate, please send the most recent certificate of achievement / Goethe certificate to hochschulkooperation-bremenprotect me ?!goetheprotect me ?!.de after registering.

Unfortunately, we cannot consider certificates from other language schools!

Students with no previous knowledge of German can select a German A1.1 beginner's course and register directly for that course:

If you receive an error notification, please change what you entered in the field /Institution/:

  • Erasmus students and exchange students should select
    ‚Exchange Students Uni Bremen’
  • Master students should select ‚Master Students Uni Bremen’
