The students will learn about various research fields and applications of communication networks, which target the sustainable development goals (SDG) of the United Nations. The students will individually explore a given topic (with the help of research publications or other scientific materials) and prepare a presentation which will be discussed in class with the lecturer and the peers.

Mit Hilfe von Skriptsprachen lassen sich eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen realisieren, z.B. das Sortieren oder Umwandeln von textbasierten Simulationsergebnissen oder die Verkn?pfung von bestehenden Anwendungen mit der Au?enwelt (z.B. Matlab und andere Simulationsprogramme). In diesem Kurs werden Grundlagen moderner Skriptsprachen und deren Einsatz im Linux-Umfeld vermittelt. Folgende Themenschwerpunkte werden behandelt:
  • Die Linux Kommandozeile
  • Reguläre Ausdrücke
  • Skriptsprache Python
  • Skriptsprache Perl

Die Veranstaltung wird im Rechnerlabor des ITEM durchgeführt (S2150). Es besteht zusätzlich die Möglichkeit an eigenen Laptops zu arbeiten.
Die Veranstaltung findet im WS18/19 wahrscheinlich als Blockveranstaltung am Ende des Wintersemesters statt., ggf. auch erst im Sommersemester 2019.
