Das Institut für Umweltverfahrenstechnik (IUV) ist eine wissenschaftliche Einheit im Fachbereich 4 Produktionstechnik der Universität Bremen. Das IUV besteht aus den Fachgebieten
- Umweltverfahrenstechnik (Prof. Räbiger) und
- Verfahrenstechnik der Wertstoffrückgewinnung (Prof. Thöming)
The Institute for Environmental Process Engineering is situated in the Centre for Environmental Research and Sustainable Technology at the University of Bremen. The institute is developing engineering solutions for production processes and biotechnology. One of the main development fields are high efficiency biological treatment plants with low energy consumption, maximum compactness and modular extension possibility's.
