Study description
The Master’s programme in Production Engineering and Management combines elements of the traditional disciplines of business administration and mechanical engineering, supplemented by methodological skills. Graduates of the programme are able to understand and assess not only the business aspects of products, processes and companies, but also the technical background and interdependencies.
The focus is on the development and design of sustainable processes and systems that are optimised from both an economic and technical perspective, the optimised use of resources and the application of new information technologies in this context, as well as the role of people working within increasingly digitalised work processes.
Students can specialise in either "Logistics and Production Management" or "Systems Development and Innovation Management".
