"Campus Europa" is a DAAD interview podcast on topics around the new European University Alliances. Every two weeks, host Anke Stahl, Head of Division at the DAAD, talks to a representative of one of the networks about the alliances' contribution to global challenges and the specific practical experiences in their network.
In the first episode, the "EPICUR" project will be presented. Like the YUFE Alliance, it is one of the first European Universities to be funded by the European Commission since 2019. Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Hans-Jochen Schiewer from Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg is a guest of the first podcast and explains, among other things, what role the European Universities and globally networked science can play in the fight against Covid-19.
