eGS-BWL-07	Einführung in die Betriebswirtschaftslehre Lecture (Teaching) ECTS: 3 Anhand des Lebenszyklus eines Unternehmens werden die Grundsachverhalte der Betriebswirtschaftslehre im Gründungskontext erläutert. Von der Ideenfindung und Vorbereitung auf die Gründung des Unternehmens, über die Wahl der Rechtsform und des Standorts, wird u.a. die Frage beantwortet, wie ein Unternehmen wächst und sich auf dem Markt etablieren kann. Dabei werden verschiedene Schwerpunkte wie Marketing, Monitoring und Finanzierung beleuchtet und in das Konzept des Lebenszyklus eingeordnet. Es wird diskutiert, wie ein Unternehmen im Innen- und Außenverhältnis funktioniert und an welchem Punkt und in welcher Form der Lebenszyklus eines Unternehmens endet. In dieser videobasierten Selbstlernveranstaltung können Sie jederzeit einsteigen, in Ihrem eigenen Lerntempo die Videos durcharbeiten und den Prüfungstermin zum Abschluss der Lehrverantaltung frei wählen.
