Das workshopähnliche Seminar will Einblicke in die zivilrichterlichen Praxis vermitteln und der Frage nachgehen, welche Faktoren bestimmenden Einfluss auf die Dauer eines Zivilprozesses haben. Leitfaden ist der amtsrichterliche Zivilprozess, der vom Eingang der Klage bis zur Durchsetzung der Entscheidung betrachtet werden soll. Er wird in einzelne Phasen gegliedert, die darauf untersucht werden, welche Beteiligte in welcher Phase Einfluss auf die Dauer des Prozesses nehmen können und welche Interessen und Bedürfnisse für Prozesshandlungen bestimmend sein können. Erwartet wird regelmäßige Anwesenheit und rege Beteiligung. Weitere Prüfungsleistungen werden nicht verlangt.
