Teaching language is German. A good command of German (C1-Level, e.g. Testdaf 16 Points) and at least 40 ECTS from relevant subfields of political science is a prerequisite for studying this Master's program in Political Science. Please refer to the German version of the program description.
Students in the 1st semester: ca. 15 - 25.
For inclusion in a master's degree is the completion of studies at the Bachelor's level requirement.

Training in research methods in four areas of specialization:

The master’s program is ideal for students seeking qualification for careers with political science research institutions (academic or otherwise) and prepares well for a PhD. Other professional fields are public adminstration, NGOs, media etc.
For conducting PhD research in Political Science at the University of Bremen, the Bremen International Graduate School of the Social Sciences (BIGSSS) provides helpful support and different workshops. The BIGSSS is one of Germany’s leading schools of doctoral training in the social sciences.
