Study description
The study programme combines electrochemistry, materials science and process engineering into an interdisciplinary educational concept that prepares engineers for key sectors of the energy transition, including battery technologies, hydrogen economy, corrosion protection, sustainable chemical production, light metal manufacturing and medical technology applications. In addition to technical expertise, students develop intercultural, linguistic and digital skills that qualify them for both the industrial and academic job markets.
As part of a double degree programme with the Università degli Studi di Palermo (Italy), students can study for 1-2 semesters in Palermo and obtain a degree in Chemical Engineering.
